Network Marketing/MLM business is quite simply about duplication, simplicity and multiplication; leveraging the efforts of one person with his team efforts. The use of technology and internet give you the capability to optimize and create total automation for your business opportunities.

Warning! Duplication doesn’t mean that everyone must do the same thing, the same way: same ads, same replicated websites, same speech, same content, etc. Network Marketing/mlm is no different than anything else in marketing; you should differentiate from the rest.

On the other hand, you should consider that everybody comes into this industry under different circumstances, different personalities, skills, time and budget. This make really also another great reason why you should not expect that everybody does the exact same thing using the exact same strategy.

What is what you should duplicate to make your business simple, successful and multiplied?

First, you need a complete, automated, and replicable marketing system to save time, energy and money. Each person in your team should have all the tools to make their own network marketing business grow. If you don’t have a marketing system for them to follow, then they will be lost and keep coming back to you for little things.

You need a marketing system that does all the leg work for you and your team but at the same time gives you the opportunity to differentiate yourself from the rest. A marketing system that allows you to customize and personalize your efforts and the ones for each one of your team members.

Note: A true marketing system will give you quality leads of people that are proactively asking for more information, for your help.

Second you need a way to automate the training. Lack of training is by far one of the biggest downsides of the duplication. It would be a really time consuming activity to train your members one by one if you already have the knowledge. If you are just starting, this becomes even a greater challenge, because the newer people require that knowledge to work out their business.

This makes imperative to have a complete and fully brandable training center that will give your prospects what they need the MOST – Marketing Training & Support.

A system that trains your prospects for you, so regardless your knowledge you are able to provide that to them, not spending time in the process.

Third you need a system that allows you and your members to build their own list, create a relationship with it and monetize it. All of these being integrated in the same platform, so you and your prospects don’t have the need to diversify their efforts, advertising many things at the time. Everything has to be part of a well structure machine that integrates all the elements together.

Fourth is KISS – keep it simple, silly! These letters are an abbreviation for keeping everything simple. Your system should be clear enough that anyone can follow it. Don’t bring the complexities to the table for your down line. All major successful corporations have systems which each office follows. Major retailers all have the same sales techniques. Your business should do the same thing. The simpler the system is, the easier it is to follow for everyone to get great results.

Lastly, you must multiply. Multiply leaders in your group and they must multiply the duplication process, and results with their team.

If you have a system that is highly duplicatable and your members can also share it with their team then you can reach the magic of multiplication and you will have discovered the true success in network marketing/MLM.

Now, as an important note, it doesn’t matter how great of a duplicatable system you have, this is just a tool and it is important to understand that you still have to do your part to make it work.

Remember the 80/20 rule, 20% of what you do will give you 80% of your results, and 20% of your members will give you 80% of your earnings.
